About the Founder

My name is Aash Zazai, Founder and Managing General Contractor of Golden Rise Contracting. With over 12 years of experience across the construction industry and government contracting, I am a California-licensed General Contractor with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction, renovation, and improvement projects.

Throughout my career, I have completed more than 100 construction-related projects, gaining extensive expertise in project planning, coordination, and execution. This experience allows me to apply proven methods, sound judgment, and disciplined oversight to every construction, renovation, or improvement project undertaken by Golden Rise.

I take a hands-on approach in assembling project teams and carefully assign qualified, experienced, and skilled professionals best suited for each project. I believe that strong teams, clear direction, and attention to detail are essential to delivering consistent, high-quality results. My approach is built on honesty, transparency, and accountability, with a strong emphasis on clear communication, realistic scheduling, and building trusting, long-term relationships with clients through dependable service and quality workmanship.

I remain personally involved in every project and visit job sites daily to ensure work is performed to the highest possible standards of quality. This on-site involvement allows me to maintain quality control, address issues proactively, and ensure expectations are met from start to finish.
