Project Manager – Design/Build Construction
Employment Type: Full-Time
General Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Review and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress documentation
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to company leadership
- Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required)
- Experience managing commercial or government construction projects
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Eligible to work in the United States
Construction Superintendent
Employment Type: Full-Time
General Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site construction activities and subcontractor performance
- Enforce jobsite safety policies and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate daily work plans, inspections, and material deliveries
- Review construction drawings and specifications with field teams
- Maintain daily reports, site logs, and progress documentation
- Identify and resolve field issues to prevent delays or rework
- Collaborate with Project Managers to meet schedule and quality goals
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
