Project Manager – Design/Build Construction
Location: Sacramento, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
General Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Review and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress documentation
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to company leadership
  • Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required)
